An excellent place to stay Positive: The cottage is well located and quiet. The rooms are all modern and spacious and beautifully appointed. Negative: Nothing

We will come again and overall it was great, but just needs a few tweaks. Positive: Great location and bigger than the usual cottages we stay at in Beer. The accommodation was clean. WiFi was great. Check in was easy. Good quality and amount of utensils etc. Beds comfy. Negative: Flooring out the front is a trip hazard. Terrible case of mould in the bathroom. I took a picture of how bad it was as an asthmatic this was problematic. The window sill in the shower collected so much water too ( JFYI in case some people leave it there for a period of time - this could present another mould issue ) Check in on here told us 3pm by the way - which wasn’t an issue but we did get there at 3 hoping to park etc.

Lovely property in central village location very close to beach and restaurants. Positive: Location was fab in the village centre, 2 minutes walk to the beach and many great places to eat just seconds away. Overall facilities very good, well equipped kitchen, lovely outdoor space to eat. Very comfortable and spacious. Negative: Only lacked 1 thing for a family who likes to spend a lot of time on the beach/in the sea - a washing machine or at the very least a drying facility for towels and swimwear.

Beautiful house in a beautiful location - would definitely recommend to friends. Positive: The house was beautifully presented, with every effort made to offer a warm welcome and comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, the bed was very comfortable, the recliner chairs in the lounge were fantastic. The location was perfect for everything we wanted - lots of shops, pubs and restaurants within a couple of mins walk, with the beach just a few yards down the road. Parking was fine too, with a permit for our stay in the local car park, again just 2 mins walk away. Negative: The wifi wasn't great on the tv in the lounge, but it wasn't a big deal for us. The washing machine wasn't available at the time, but again, not a big deal for us.

I have to say that since discovering Sofa Seagull a couple of years ago we will always check to see what is available from them before anyone else. The customer service is excellent & the properties they manage are very very good.
