Positive: Not applicable
Negative: The property was tired and not particularly clean, the under stairs cupboard was horrible, the guttering above the front door was full of weeds and leaked water on you when it rained, and the interior decor was low rent .

Having stayed in beer many times over the years, we knew this cottage is in a prime location. Perfect for the beach and pubs. Had a lovely stay, rooms comfortable. Nice shower and well equipped kitchen. Only thing that would improve the stay would be the outside areas. To be able to sit out the front in the evening would be nice.
We would definitely return again in the future. Thanks
